West Middlesex Family History Society: Application for Membership

The Membership Year of the West Middlesex Family History Society runs from 1st January until 31st December each year. New members who join during any year will be expected to renew their membership on the following 1st January.

All types of membership (i.e. Individual, Family, Overseas etc) cost £10.00.

To join the Society, please complete the attached form, print it out, and send it (with the appropriate subscription) to the Membership Secretary at the address indicated.

Membership records of the Society are normally stored on computer. If you do NOT wish your membership record to be held in such a form, please tick this box.



If you are a UK income tax payer, the Society can reclaim basic rate income tax on your subscription. This can only be done if you complete and sign a Gift Aid declaration. This declaration replaces the need for a Deed of Covenant and does NOT need to be witnessed.
