Activities

This section of the site outlines the main activities of the West Middlesex Family History Society. For those within travelling distance of the area, as well as members who may be visiting, out monthly meetings in Hounslow provide an opportunity to meet with other members, use the Society's research materials, and listen to lectures from invited speakers on topics of family and local history. Volunteers regularly represent the Society at open days and family history fairs around the South East of England. Details of our own biennial conference are also included here, along with news of recent events at which the Society has been represented. Finally, but most importantly, a section on project work is included, with details of work currently under way, or on which help is needed.
