A collection of old West Middlesex postcards received today (16 January 2021)
This morning brought a most pleasant surprise. I (Roland Bostock) received a package which contained about 200
old postcards,
mostly of churches in our area, passed on from an anonymous sender. I use this notice board to say a huge 'Thanks'
to this sender on behalf of the Society. They will likely find a home in our Archives.
Free history lectures from Gresham College (8 January 2021)
Gresham college have emailed us (to the Secretary) highlighting that they have a broad programme of
online lectures that anyone may sign up to attend, and it is all free. They particularly highlighted to
us that they run a History series of lectures, but they do much more besides. Why not

Goodbye Collage - Hello London Picture Archive (5 December 2020)
London Metropolitan Archives have just issued their
fourth quarter 2020 newsletter.
Among various items of interest is that
Collage - The London Picture Archive, which provides access to 250,000
historical photographs, prints, maps and drawings of the capital will shortly be changing its name to just The London
Picture Archive.
RootsTech 2021 (17 September 2020)
RootsTech 2021 will take place from February 25th to 27th 2021, and is a free online virtual event.
