Parish Map

The part of Middlesex covered by the West Middlesex Family History Society is indicated by the map below. The areas in grey indicate neighbouring parishes in Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Middlesex that belong to other family history societies. The boundaries shown here relate to the late 1830s and are based on Historic Parishes of England and Wales: An Electronic Map of Boundaries before 1850 by R.J.P. Kain and R.R. Oliver (History Data Service, 2001).

Society news

Next Meeting

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday 21st July 2016 at Montague Hall, Hounslow. Doors open at 7.00 pm. This is our Open meeting, members and non-members welcome. Ad-hoc with members contributing short pieces. The aim is to focus on 'Family Health' but all contributions are welcome.

The Hounslow clinics

Providing support to existing and prospective members to research their family history is at the core of what our Society aims to do. We hope very much that the clinics starting 6th June at Hounslow Library will generate enough interest to become a permanent part of our programme. Please support this initiative if you are able.
