Project work in the Society

The objectives of the West Middlesex Family History Society, as defined in our Constitution, include that activities such as transcription, indexing and publishing of records and other materials, which can assist those researching family history and related subjects in the West Middlesex area, are central to the purposes of the Society.

The Society is open to new ideas on how best to fulfil these objectives. Much transcription work and collection of data has already been accomplished. There are currently three projects which are still in progress:

Society news

Next Meeting

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday 17th May 2018 at St. John's Centre, Isleworth. Doors open at 7.15 pm. The focus of the meeting will be a talk by Eizabeth Owen titled How can memorabilia help with family history?.

Next Fair

The next fair that we will be exhibiting at is The Name Event, to be held at the ILEX Exhibition Centre, Earls Court on 5th and 6th May. Do please drop in and say 'Hello'.

Next Advice Session

Our next Advice Session will be held at Feltham Library on Saturday 21st April from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
